Last night, around 3:20am, two fire engines were called to the indoor market and bowling alley in Great Yarmouth, which housed Wallis’s Wonders.

Mike Wallace reported this morning on Facebook that the whole market had been burnt to the ground, and his dream was over. None of the traders were able to get fire insurance due to the structure of the building, and so it is unlikely that these traders will be back in business anytime soon, if at all. The owner of the building has been told by firefighters that there is not much left of the building and it will have to be pulled down.
