Magician Ali Cook is going out on tour this autumn.

His Principles of Deception tour will start at the Lemon Tree Club in Aberdeen on September 16 and run until November 11 when he plays the Melton Theatre in Melton Mowbray.

Cook is one of the UK’s most respected and admired young magicians. He has appeared on television in programmes including Now You See It (BBC1), Penn And Teller: Fool Us (ITV1), Dirty Tricks (Channel 4) and first broke through as part of the team on Monkey Magic (Five). He has worked with fellow modern magicians ranging from Derren Brown to Jerry Sadowitz.

He has recently been touring with Brian Conley and headlined at the Underbelly Festival in London. Cook is a virtuoso magician who excels at slight of hand, escapology and thought control. And if you like tricks that involve sharp objects and make you squirm there may quite possibly be one of those in his show as well.
